American Honey Cross Stitch

This looks like a fun stitchery to do.  It comes from LIVE.LOVE.SEW.  She describes her site as an Australian quilt design company and blog.  Even though it is primarily a quilting site, she said she’d learnt cross stitching as a child and has done countless charts since.

I hope you think it’s a neat design too.  If so go on over here and get the design for yourself.

Have a great weekend!

  1. It seems like I fall more in love with quilt-pattern cross stitch as time goes on. I have a pile of charts just waiting for my attention. 🙂

  2. 30 years of cross-stitching, and the only sewing I can do successfully is putting button back on; I’m not likely to be a successful quilter. 🙂

  3. That’s funny Maia. A group of us made a quilt for our oldest son and bride when they got married 20 years ago and that was my big venture into quilting. It cured me.

  4. I look at all the beautiful work people do, and I think I want to do it. Then I look at what the work actually is and realize my chances of managing anything that beautiful are slim indeed.
