I love verbena’s and thought this stitchery from Orbis Pictura was a perfect detail of one of the flowers. I’ve already been planting verbena’s in my garden. They are bright and long blooming.

Earth Day

In honor of Earth Day I want to point you to The Twist Family Blogspot where  you will find this pretty chart called the Earth Laughs in Flowers.

It is from a 2014 post and I’m glad to have stumbled across it because I think it is worth sharing again.   On her post Beth tells you all about it and gives you a link to her PDF.

Hope you like it as much as I do.

Cup of Tea?

What I like about this Barbara Ana pattern are the different components of it.  You could make the whole chart as is or use what you want from it.

I especially like the tea bag and the lemon slice.  If you’d like to adapt this chart for something of your own just go here.  Once there you will find the link to the PDF in the upper left-hand section.  Look for Download:  pdfpat ,and select the one that you can use.

Have a relaxing weekend.

Garden Basket

Now that gardening is in full swing, why not make this darling card from

garden basket

You won’t be able to get this chart without an account, but it’s free and easy to set one up.  They offer lots of fun charts as free downloads.

UPDATE:  If you set up your own account and don’t want to hunt through all of the available charts in order to find this one, follow theses steps.  Once your account has been logged into simply come back to this site and click on the link or the image and you will be taken to this specific chart.

Enjoy and have a great week!

I found this ‘Charity Never Faileth’ sampler on Bountiful Heirlooms.

Charity Never Faileth

Just follow this link to get the PDF download.  She also lists the DMC to Weeks Dye Works floss conversion if you want. I really like this and hope to find time to work it up.  Go have a look for yourself and see it in a much larger view.

Thanks for stopping by.
