For a long time I’ve loved how the Leisure Arts magazine pattern from February 1993 was used by Carol, the creator of “Stitching Dreams” and The World’s Largest Collection of Smalls TOO” Since it was an old magazine I just started searching for it and after a couple of searches I found the pattern itself! Here is how I worked mine up. Like her I stitched it on 28 count evenweave, 1 over 1, so it’s very small, only 1 2/2 inch tall by 3 inches long. I made the sleigh out of balsa wood.
What a delight to find Leisure Arts “Winter Sampler“. The whole pattern is wonderful and other parts could be used in the same way that Carol demonstrates.
